FATHOM started with a small drum roaster and a simple idea: coffee tastes best when it's fresh, honest, and made by people who care.
We buy green beans by the harvest and trace every bag to a single farm. Each one is roasted by hand in small batches, rested to its peak, and sent out the morning it ships.
